Yes. Eligible individuals may choose which vaccine they receive as a booster dose. You can choose the vaccine type that you originally received, or you may choose to get a different booster. CDC’s recommendations now allow for this type of mix and match dosing for booster shots. Choice of vaccine may depend on availability of brand for that day.

No.  You do not need to get the booster shot from the same place you received your previous shot.  You may get the vaccine from any authorized vaccine provider.

Please make an appointment by pressing the button in the menu bar.  You will be contacted with your eligibility and appointment confirmation.  

On the day of your appointment, please bring your vaccine card and come a few minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment.  There is a brief history and consent form you will need to fill out before the booster can be administered.
